The Best Western Mount Pleasant Hotel provides for both day delegates and day delegates with an overnight stay.

Our standard rate for day delegates in £47.50 per person (Inc. VAT). For anyone guaranteeing Mount Pleasant regular volumes of day delegate business, this price may be negotiable. The Day Delegate rate includes:

• Sole use of your chosen meeting room.
• Dedicated meeting co-ordinator to look after you for the day.
• Selected equipment provided in the room (see here for details).
• Tea, Coffee and Biscuits on arrival, mid-morning and mid-afternoon.
• Two course lunch and tea/coffee in the Garden Restaurant.
• FREE wireless broadband internet access.

This package can be upgraded to include anything else you may wish; for example full-English breakfast on arrival, bacon butties mid-morning, 3 course lunch, etc.

Subject to bedroom availability, any of our day meetings can be extended to a 24hour (or longer) ‘away day’.

The 24 hour rate allows you to arrive at your leisure the evening before your meeting and enjoy a three-course dinner with your colleagues in the Garden Restaurant. After a comfortable night in one of our sumptuous rooms you will have full-English breakfast in the Garden Restaurant before starting your meeting. Alternatively you can arrive in the morning, hold your day meeting, then have Dinner with your colleagues, before winding-down in one of our sumptuous bedrooms. After your relaxing night, have full-English breakfast to set you up for your trip home.

Should you not wish to use Mount Pleasant for a full-day conference or meeting all our rooms are available on a room hire basis. The capacities and prices are listed here.
